Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute an agreement between Outdoor Range Experts Limited and You. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of our online shop www.outdoorexperts.ie and any of its products or services.
Accounts and Membership
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using this Website and agreeing to this Agreement, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.
Billing and Payments
You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Accuracy of Information
Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to promotions and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or on any related Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information on the Website including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or on any related Service has been modified or updated.
Returns
According to the EU Distance Selling Directive, the consumer is protected by several safeguards and entitlements. Outdoor Range Experts Limited is committed to complying with this directive. As a consumer, you are entitled to a fourteen-day 'cooling-off period', whereby you are entitled to return your purchase to us for any reason within fourteen days of receipt of the same, and be refunded the price that you paid, minus the shipping charge. This safeguard applies only where the products in question are unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned to us in full saleable condition. Charges for return shipment must be borne by the purchaser.
- The cooling-off period only applies to B2C clients. B2B clients have no such entitlement according to the Distance Selling Directive.
- 'Specials', once accepted by you as such, cannot be returned to us.
- Products shipped outside the Republic of Ireland are eligible for a return period of twenty-eight days.
Outdoor Range Experts Limited will not be liable for returned goods if the customer fails to comply with this process: shipping information, including tracking numbers.
Items that fall outside the 14-day (28-day) cooling-off period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Outdoor Range Experts reserves the right to decline to accept returns and/or to levy a re-stocking fee.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund into your bank account or credit card account within 14 days, we would ask you to contact your Credit Card Company or bank. It may take some time from when we complete the lodgement into your account to when it actually appears in your account. If you have completed the step above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales(at)outdoorexperts.ie.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Third-party Services
If you decide to enable, access, or use third-party services, be advised that your access and use of such other services are governed solely by the terms and conditions of such other services, and we do not endorse, are not responsible or liable for, and make no representations as to any aspect of such other services, including, without limitation, their content or the manner in which they handle data (including your data) or any interaction between you and the provider of such other services. You irrevocably waive any claim against Outdoor Range Experts Limited with respect to such other services. Outdoor Range Experts Limited is not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your enablement, access or use of any such other services, or your reliance on the privacy practices, data security processes, or other policies of such other services. You may be required to register for or log into such other services on their respective websites. By enabling any other services, you are expressly permitting Outdoor Range Experts Limited to disclose your data as necessary to facilitate the use or enablement of such other service.

Although product information is regularly updated, Outdoor Range Experts LTD is unable to accept liability for any incorrect information. This does not affect your statutory rights. This information is supplied for personal use only, and may not be reproduced in any way without the prior consent of Outdoor Range Experts LTD nor without due acknowledgment.
Backups
We are not responsible for Content residing on the Website. In no event shall we be held
